Abstract:
A motor unit (106A) is used in a multi-motor system (103) in which a plurality of the motor units perform communication over a communication network. The motor unit (106A) is provided with: a motor (116A); a control circuit (112A) which generates a control signal; a motor drive circuit (114A) which causes current to flow to the motor on the basis of the control signal; a storage device (113A) which stores a first identifier for uniquely identifying the motor unit (106A) in a communication network, and a second identifier for uniquely identifying another motor unit; and a communication circuit (110A). The communication circuit transmits, to the other motor unit, a data frame that includes the first identifier indicating the transmission source, the second identifier indicating the transmission destination, and a request. The communication circuit receives, from the other motor unit, a data frame that includes the second identifier indicating the transmission source, the first identifier indicating the transmission destination, and a request. The communication circuit transmits, as a response, a data frame in which the second identifier indicating the transmission destination and the first identifier indicating the transmission source are added.
