Abstract:
A rotating motor adapted to be submerged in a fluid and comprising a rotatable shaft. The motor further comprises a plurality of members radially extending from the rotatable shaft and each member terminates in a variable-volume vessel. Rotation of the motor is brought about by varying the buoyancy of the variable-volume vessels in the fluid.
