Abstract:
Disclosed is a motor that comprises a stator and a rotor. A carbon brush structure of the stator and/or rotor comprises a carbon rod, a carbon rod holder frame used for holding one extremity of the carbon rod, and a flexible component arranged within the carbon rod holder frame and abutted against the one extremity of the carbon rod. The carbon rod holder frame is made of a thermalsetting plastic. A metal core structure of the stator and/or rotor is provided with an annular magnetic yoke part and at least two protruding tooth parts on the magnetic yoke part. The magnetic yoke part is formed by fitting sequentially extremities of arced connecting parts of at least two arced fitting blocks. At least one tooth part protruding the arced connecting parts is provided on the arced fitting blocks. Each arced fitting block is formed by stacking vertically at least two arced stamping sheets. Provided at one extremity of each arced connecting part that is fitted with the adjacent arced fitting block is a groove indented at a fixed depth and extending along the lengthwise direction thereof, while provided at another extremity is a protruding part inserted into the adjacent arced fitting block. The present invention reduces steps and waste generated, thus reducing costs.
