This motor is provided with: a rotor provided with a shaft which extends in the vertical direction, and which has a central axis at the centre; a stator which faces the rotor in the radial direction, and which is provided with a plurality of coils; a holder which comprises a conductive material, accommodates the rotor and the stator, and has a pass-through portion which passes therethrough in the axial direction; and a coil lead-out wire support member which comprises an insulating material, is at least partially disposed in the pass-through portion, and is provided with coil lead-out wire insertion holes through which a plurality of coil lead-out wires that respectively extend from the plurality of coils pass. The coil lead-out wire support member is provided with: a base part; and a fitting part which extends downwards from the base part, and has a length in the circumferential direction and/or the radial direction which is shorter than that of the base part. The coil lead-out wire insertion holes are provided in the base part and the fitting part, and the coil lead-out wires pass therethrough.
