Abstract:

In an embodiment of a motor according to the present invention, an inverter housing part is located outside a stator housing part in the radial direction, and located on one side of the stator housing part in a predetermined direction orthogonal to the axial direction. A housing is a single member, and includes a cylindrical circumferential wall part that surrounds a rotor and a stator outside the rotor and the stator in the radial direction. The circumferential wall part includes: a first cooling flow path; and a partitioning wall part that separates the stator housing part and the inverter housing part. The first cooling flow path extends in the circumferential direction, and at least a portion thereof is provided in the partitioning wall part. In a view along the predetermined direction, the portion of the first cooling flow path provided in the partitioning wall part includes a portion overlapping an inverter part and a portion overlapping a capacitor part.
