Abstract:
In one embodiment of the motor of the present invention, the motor is equipped with: a base plate which is positioned to one side of a stator in the axial direction and is disposed such that the plate surface to which an integrated circuit is mounted faces toward the one side in the axial direction; and a heat sink which is disposed to one side of the base plate in the axial direction and is in thermal contact with the integrated circuit. The end portions of wrapped pins on one side in the axial direction and coil lead lines are fixed by solder to the surface of the base plate facing toward the one side in the axial direction. An end portion of the heat sink on the other side in the axial direction presses the integrated circuit toward the other side in the axial direction. When viewed from the axial direction, the heat sink is positioned upon a virtual straight line passing through at least one wrapped pin and the central axis of the motor shaft, and the heat sink is positioned between the wrapped pin and the central axis upon said virtual straight line.
