Abstract:
This motor of one embodiment is provided with a rotor, a stator, and a magnetic sensor. A rotor magnet includes a plurality of magnetizing sections, arranged in the circumferential direction in a Halbach array, which increase the strength of a magnetic field which is on one side in the radial direction. The plurality of magnetizing sections include a plurality of radial-direction magnetizing sections that magnetize in the radial direction and a plurality of non-radial-direction magnetizing sections that magnetize in directions different from the radial direction. The radial-direction magnetizing sections include first radial-direction magnetizing sections and second radial-direction magnetizing sections in which magnetic poles on both radial sides are disposed in reverse with respect to the first radial-direction magnetizing sections. The first radial-direction magnetizing sections and the second radial-direction magnetizing sections are disposed in mutual alternation in the circumferential direction, with at least one of the non-radial-direction magnetizing sections sandwiched therebetween. The magnetic sensor is located on the other side in the radial direction from the rotor magnet. A non-magnetizing section is provided in an axial-direction portion of the rotor magnet where a magnetic field is detected by the magnetic sensor. The non-magnetizing section is located between the first radial-direction magnetizing sections and the second radial-direction magnetizing sections in the circumferential direction.
