Abstract:
The motorcycle sprocket production method has characteristics consisting of the mold (10) with the upper keyboard (13) for pressing the metal sheet (20) and creating the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22). The mold (10) has the front sprocket shape (11) and the rear sprocket shape (12) in the same mold (10). The front sprocket shape (11) has a small diameter and the rear sprocket shape (12) has a large diameter. The front sprocket shape (11) is placed before the rear sprocket shape (12). This production method has the following steps: a. Arrange for the metal sheet (20) to be inserted into the mold (10) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) into the mold (10) at the area of the front sprocket shape (11) in the first order. b. The metal sheet (20) will continue to move to the rear sprocket shape (12) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) to create the rear sprocket shape (22) in the second order. This sprocket production method will save time and create little scrap metal.

Claims

1 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method has characteristics consisting of the mold (10) with the upper keyboard (13) for pressing the metal sheet (20) and creating the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22). This invention has the following special characteristics:

The mold (10) has the front sprocket shape (11) and the rear sprocket shape (12) in the same mold (10). The front sprocket shape (11) has a small diameter and the rear sprocket shape (12) has a large diameter. The front sprocket shape (11) is placed before the rear sprocket shape (12). This invention involves the following production method: a. Arrange for the metal sheet (20) to be inserted into the mold (10) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) into the mold (10) in the area of the front sprocket shape (11) in the first order. b. The metal sheet (20) will continue to move to the rear sprocket shape (12) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) to create the rear sprocket shape (22) in the second order.

2. The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in Claim 1 has the front sprocket (21) from the metal sheet (20) pushed by air pressure, so the front sprocket (21) moves out from the mold (10). 3 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of

Claims 1 - 2 is such that an area where the front sprocket (21) falls out from the metal sheet (20), which will become a pressing center for the rear sprocket (22).

4 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of Claims 1 - 3 is such that has the rear sprocket (22) fallen from the metal sheet (20) and pushed by air pressure so the rear sprocket (22) moves out from the mold (10).

5 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of Claims 1 - 4 is such that has the center of the rear sprocket (22), which is a hole (23) with a larger diameter than the diameter of the front sprocket (21).

6 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of Claims 1 - 5 is such that has the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22) arranged with the same metal sheet (20) in a rectangular area with the same center.

7 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of Claims 1 - 6 is such that has the hole (23) at the center of the rear sprocket (22).

8 . The Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method in any of Claims 1 - 7 is such that has the metal sheet (20) cut for the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22) will be cut by a blade to fall to the container.

Engineering related to the Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method Background of related art or science

The Motorcycle Sprocket and Production Machine and Production Method originally separated functions between motorcycle front sprockets with small diameters and motorcycle rear sprockets with large diameters. The sprocket production machine functions with a separate mold for front sprockets and a separate mold for rear sprockets. This has a disadvantage due to a need to separate production machines and leftover metal parts after pressing to form front and rear sprockets.

For example, in front sprocket production, a metal sheet is inserted into the mold and the mold has a front sprocket shape to allow metal sheets to sink into the mold. The keyboard is pressed to create front sprockets and the metal sheet around front sprockets will become scrap metal.

For example, in rear sprocket production, a metal sheet is inserted into the mold and the mold has a rear sprocket shape to allow metal sheets to sink into the mold. The keyboard is pressed to create rear sprockets. The metal sheet around rear sprockets will become scrap metal and the metal sheet at the center of the the rear sprockets will also become scrap metal. The old production model has disadvantages due to the need to separate the front and rear sprocket production machines. Furthermore, production cannot take be done simultaneously. Front and rear sprocket molds are used separately, resulting in large amounts of scrap metal. Production of front and rear sprockets took place at separate times. This incurred high production costs and created significant amounts of scrap metal. In this invention, the disadvantages were solved by arranging for the Motorcycle

This invention has special characteristics in that the mold will have shapes for front sprockets and rear sprockets in the same mold. The front sprocket shape has a small diameter and the rear sprocket shape has a large diameter. The front sprocket shape is placed before the rear sprocket shape. This invention has the following production methods: a. Arrange for the metal sheet to be inserted into the mold and the upper keyboard will press the metal sheet into the mold at the area of the front sprocket shape in the first order. b. The metal sheet will continue to move to the rear sprocket shape and the upper keyboard will press the metal sheet to create the rear sprocket shape in the second order. The purpose of this invention is to have a machine for manufacturing motorcycle sprockets and production methods by creating front sprockets and rear sprockets with the same sheet of metal in a rectangular area with the same center and the same mold. This will save time and create little scrap metal because front sprockets have smaller diameters than the diameter of circular holes of rear sprockets. In addition, this will enable front and rear sprockets to be produced simultaneously.

Full Disclosure of the Invention

Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the components of the Motorcycle Sprocket Production Machine and Production Method to have the following characteristics:

The mold (10) with the front sprocket shape (11) and the rear sprocket shape (12) in the same mold (10).

The front sprocket shape (11) has a small diameter and the rear sprocket shape (12) has a large diameter. The front sprocket shape (11) is placed before the rear sprocket shape (12).

The metal sheep (20) has a larger diameter than the diameter of the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22).

This invention has the following production method: a. Arrange for the long rectangular metal sheet (20) to be inserted into the mold (10) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) into the mold (10) at the area of the front sprocket shape (11) in the first order until the front sprocket (21) falls out from the metal sheet (20) and the front sprocket (21) will be pushed by air in order for the front sprocket (21) to move out from the mold (10). b. The metal sheet (20) will move on to the rear sprocket shape (12) and the upper keyboard (13) will press the metal sheet (20) to produce the rear sprocket (22) in the second order. The area where the front sprocket (21) fell out from the metal sheet (20) will be the center for pressing until the rear sprocket (22) falls out from the metal sheet (20).

The center of the rear sprocket (22) will be a hole (23) with a larger diameter than the diameter of the front sprocket (21). After the rear sprocket (22) falls out from the metal sheet (20), the rear sprocket (22) will be pushed by air to allow the rear sprocket (22) to move out from the mold (10). Production of the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22) uses the same metal sheet (20) in a rectangular area with the same center.

This saves time and creates less scrap metal, because the front sprocket (21) has a smaller diameter than the diameter of the hole (23) in the circle of the rear sprocket (22). The hole (23) is at the center of the rear sprocket (22).

The metal sheet (20) is cut for the front sprocket (21) and the rear sprocket (22) and will move forward to be cut by a blade to fall on the container.
