Abstract:
Provided is a mould structure for bending a guide slot, the mould structure comprising a lower mould (1) and an upper mould (2), wherein one side of a lower end face of the upper mould (2) is provided with a material-pressing plate (3), the other side of the lower end face of the upper mould (2) is hinged to a bending upper mould block (6); the lower mould (1) is provided with a first positioning slot, a tail end of the first positioning slot being provided with a bending lower mould block (9) matching the bending upper mould block (6); and a lower end face of the bending upper mould block (6) is provided with a second positioning slot, and an upper end face of the bending lower mould block (9) is provided with a third positioning slot. During bending, a workpiece is placed in the first positioning slot, and a portion needing to be bent is located between the bending upper mould block (6) and the bending lower mould block (9). After the upper mould (2) and the lower mould (1) are closed, the bending of the workpiece can be quickly realized, so that a 150 mm long process chuck does not need to be reserved at two ends of the workpiece, and the utilization rate of a material is greatly improved. The takt time is 200 PCS/H, and the bottleneck of the 80 PCS/H takt time in continuous production is surmounted. A bending process is omitted; one bending machine, one set of bending moulds and one operator are dispensed with; and production costs are reduced.
