Abstract:

Disclosed is a mounted board comprising a capacitor-constituting sheet made of a valve metal, a first substrate-constituting body, a second substrate-constituting body, a first electrode, a second electrode, an extraction electrode, and a conductive polymer body. The capacitor-constituting sheet comprises an inner layer and a rough-surfaced oxide film formed on at least one side of the inner layer. The first substrate-constituting body is arranged on one side of the capacitor-constituting sheet, while the second substrate-constituting body is arranged on the other side of the capacitor-constituting sheet. The first electrode and the second electrode are arranged on a surface of at least one of the first substrate-constituting body and the second substrate-constituting body while being insulated from each other. The extraction electrode and the conductive polymer body are formed inside at least one of the first substrate-constituting body and the second substrate-constituting body. The extraction electrode electrically connects the first electrode with the inner layer, while the conductive polymer body electrically connects the second electrode with the rough-surfaced oxide film.
