[Problem] To increase the fixing force for fixing a roof material by holding the same between a left and right pair of bottom plate parts. [Solution] An on-roof mounting bracket (4) which is fixed to a folded-plate roof plate (1) is provided with a left and right pair of a first holding plate (5) and a second holding plate (6) that are each substantially C-shaped when seen from a front view. The holding plates have lateral plate parts (8, 12) connected facing downward from the outside of flat top-plate parts (7, 11), and first bottom plate parts (9, 13) connected facing inward at the lower end of the lateral plate parts (8, 12). Further, a first through hole (16) and a second through hole (17) through which a bolt passes are provided in the top plate parts (7, 11), and the first central axis (16A) of the first through hole (16) and the second central axis (17A) of the second through hole (17) are offset with respect to the central axis (19A) of a bolt (15). When the bolt (15) is fastened by a nut (20), the first holding plate (5) and the second holding plate (6) elastically deform in accordance with the offset, and strain is thereby applied. In a state where the strain is being applied, the tips (21, 22) of the first bottom plate parts (9, 13) hold a seam part (2).
