Abstract:
This mounting device disposes a component on a substrate and comprises: a mounting head that has a plurality of head reference marks and that holds and moves the component; an image capture unit that captures a mark image which includes the plurality of head reference marks; and a control unit that detects the position of each of the plurality of head reference marks in the mark image, that, on the basis of the detected positions, derives positional relationship information indicating the positional relationships among the plurality of head reference marks, and that executes abnormality determination processing for determining whether there is an abnormality in at least one mark from among the plurality of head reference marks, on the basis of the derived positional relationship information.
