A mounting device (2) for vertical seal tape bobbin of a vertical seal tape delivering mechanism (1) for a paper container capable of delivering vertical seal tape (20) used for vertical sealing by covering a vertical joint exposed to the inner surface of the paper container formed of raw package material having paperboard used for a base layer and heat fusible synthetic resin used for the outermost layers on both front and rear surfaces thereof, wherein a flange (8) supported in contact with one end side of a vertical seal tape bobbin (19) installed on a bobbin mounting shaft (7) is integrally installed on the support body (4) side of the bobbin mounting shaft (7) rotatably supported on the support body (4), and a flange (9) supported in contact with the other end side of the vertical seal tape bobbin (19) installed on the bobbin mounting shaft (7) is detachably installed at the tip of the bobbin mounting shaft (7).
