Abstract:
A mounting method for a slot-type prefabricated component of a fabricated high-piled wharf. A slot-type component (1) is a component with internally-provided cavities. The internally-provided cavities (2) are cylindrical. The circle center of each internally-provided cavity coincides with the center of a pile foundation, and the diameter thereof is 200 mm-400 mm larger than the diameter of the pipe foundation. The pile foundation extends into the cavities (2) of the component. The method comprises the steps of: 1) putting a ship in place; 2) erecting and mounting operation platforms (13); 3) a crane ship lifting a slot-type component (1); 4) the slot-type component (1) rotating 90 degrees from a longitudinal direction to a transverse direction; 5) transversely transporting the slot-type component (1) to a mounting position in a lifting manner; 6) lowering and mounting the slot-type component (1); 7) using a pile top self-supporting method for the slot-type component (1); and 8) after the mounting of the slot-type component (1) is completed, casting concrete or grouting material into the internally-provided cavities (2) in a timely manner, so as to form a stable post-cast joint connection. By means of the present mounting method, precise positioning can be achieved; the use of a large number of waling supporting systems is avoided, thereby reducing the construction costs; and construction is efficient and convenient, and labor input is avoided.
