Abstract:
Provided are a mounting and positioning method and device. The method and device are applied to a terminal device. The method comprises: acquiring a target object image; acquiring a target area image; displaying the target object image and the target area image, wherein the target object image is displayed in the target area image; and according to editing for and/or an identification of the target object image, determining target mounting information about a target object corresponding to the target object image in a target area corresponding to the target area image. By means of various aspects of the present invention, a user can, through the use of a terminal device and by means of a simple operation, complete the mounting and typesetting of a target object in a target area, intuitively see the mounting effect, and generate target mounting information to assist in mounting without needing to personally mount the target object in each position of the target area to determine whether same is a desired mounting effect, such that the mounting is more convenient and accurate.
