[Problem] To be able to stably attach corresponding anchor fittings to an underpinning fitting installed according to a location on a beam. [Solution] This mounting for solar cell panel is provided with: underpinning fittings (100) attached and anchored to a protruding portion of a folded plate roof; anchor fittings (300) used in sets of two for each single underpinning fitting (100); an elongated base material (400) extended between an underpinning fitting (100) and another underpinning fitting (100) by the anchor fittings (300); and attachment fittings (500) for attaching the anchor fittings (300) to the base material (400). The anchor fittings (300) have a linking portion (310) linked to the underpinning fitting (100), and a triangular portion (320) of generally triangular shape, extended in an orthogonal direction from the linking portion (310). Of the anchor fittings (300), one is attached to the underpinning fitting (100), and the other is attached to the base material (400), doing so in a state of opposite orientation from that of attachment to the underpinning fitting (100), and are positioned on the underpinning fitting (100) so that the oblique side portions (321) of the triangular portions (320) of the anchor fittings (300) contact one another.
