Abstract:
A mounting structure for an automobile room lamp, contributing to reduction in cost and improvement of productivity.
A mounting structure for an automobile room lamp is provided with an outer housing (11) having first catches, a ceiling (13) provided with an opening (13a) for a lamp, an inner housing (12) having latches (12g) which face the first catches (11g) of the outer housing (11) and engage with the first catches (11g) and also having second latches (12n), and a reinforcement section (15) having catches (15h) which face the second latches (12n) of the inner housing (12)and engage with the second latches (12n). The ceiling (13) is fixed between the outer housing (11) and the inner housing (12) by engaging the latches (12g) of the inner housing (12) with the catches (11g) of the outer housing (11) through the opening (13a) for a lamp in the ceiling (13). Bracket sections (12b) on the outer periphery of the inner housing (12) are formed to the shape of the upper side of the ceiling (13).
