Disclosed is a mounting structure of an electronic speed governor in a holder, comprising a base (1) for fixing a carrying body, a first support (2) rotatablely connected with the base (1) and rotating in the Z-axis direction, a second support (3) rotatablely connected with the first support (2) and rotating in the X-axis direction, and a third support (4) rotatablely connected with the second support (3) and rotating in the Y-axis direction. The third support (3) is used for carrying an imaging device (5). The first support (2) is an L-shaped rotating arm, and comprises a first rotating arm (20) used for connecting with the base (1) and a second rotating arm (21) used for connecting with the second support (3). A groove is formed in a sidewall of the second rotating arm (21). The electronic speed governor is arranged in the groove. The mounting structure further comprises a shell for sealing the groove. The electronic speed governor is embedded in the rotating arm of the support, so that the whole holder is simple and compact in structure, and meanwhile, the electronic speed governor is well protected.
