Abstract:
An array substrate 11b provided at least with a glass substrate GS on which a driver 12 is mounted, a panel-side output terminal part 26 disposed in a mounting area DMA of the glass substrate GS and connected to the driver 12, a first terminal composition part 31, a gate insulating film 16 constituted by forming a first contact hole 34 at a position superposed on the first terminal composition part 31, a second terminal composition part 32 disposed by being superposed on at least the first terminal composition part 31 and the opening edge thereof, a first interlayer insulating film 19 constituted by forming a second contact hole 35 at a position superposed on the second terminal composition part 32 and not superposed on the first contact hole 34, and a third terminal composition part 33 disposed by being superposed on at least the second contact hole 35 and the opening edge thereof.
