Abstract:
Disclosed is a mouthpiece for sleeping. The mouthpiece for sleeping according to the present invention comprises: an upper mouth (100) comprising an upper mouth body (110) forming an upper teeth fitting space (140) in which upper teeth are fitted, an upper outer guide (120), and an upper inner guide (130); a lower mouth (200) comprising a lower mouth body (210) forming a lower teeth fitting space (240) in which lower teeth are fitted, a lower outer guide (220), and a lower inner guide (230); and a position adjusting pin (300) which is coupled to both the upper mouth (100) and the lower mouth (200) to be attachable/detachable, and supports the upper mouth (100) to be moved to the back of the lower mouth (200).
