The present invention relates to a movable batch plant in which units for storing, transporting, and mixing aggregates are configured to be movable by one vehicle. The movable batch plant according to the present invention comprises: a trailer, which is movable by means of a towing vehicle; a rotatable frame installed at one end of the trailer; a concrete mixer installed on the rotatable frame to mix the components of concrete; an aggregate hopper installed on the trailer to store aggregates supplied by an external source and to supply the stored aggregates; and aggregate transport means installed on the trailer to supply aggregates discharged from the aggregate hopper to the concrete mixer. The rotatable frame rotates over the trailer after being separated from the vehicle so as to form a passage below the concrete mixer to accommodate the entry of a transport truck.
