A movable cab apron assembly, a double-decker special automobile transportation vehicle, and a use method. The movable cab apron assembly comprises a first movable cab apron (2), a second movable cab apron (3), a first hinge seat (4), a second hinge seat (5), a first locking device (6), and a second locking device (9). One side of the first movable cab apron (2) is hinge-connected, by means of a first hinge pin (18), to the first hinge seat (4) welded to an end beam of an upper chassis (1). The second hinge seat (5) is mounted on the other side of the first movable cab apron (2). The second movable cab apron (3) is hinge-connected to the second hinge seat (5) by means of a second hinge pin (20). Two first locking devices (6) are provided, and are respectively connected to two ends of the first movable cab apron (2) by means of pin shafts. A locking seat (7) corresponding to the first locking device (6) is mounted on the upper chassis (1). Two second locking devices (9) are provided, and are respectively connected to two ends of the second movable cab apron (3) by means of pin shafts. A locking plate (10) corresponding to the second locking device (9) is mounted on the first movable cab apron (2).
