The present invention relates to a movable electric toothbrush, comprising a handle and a toothbrush head. The toothbrush head is mounted on the handle by means of a connecting seat; a guide rod is provided on the connecting seat; the guide rod is arranged in the width direction of the toothbrush head; the toothbrush head is sleeved on the guide rod and is in guide slide fit with the guide rod; the movable electric toothbrush further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the toothbrush head to reciprocate; the driving mechanism comprises a motor and a transmission rod; the transmission rod is rotatably arranged on the connecting seat; the transmission rod is arranged in the length direction of the handle; one end of the transmission rod is connected to an output shaft of the motor, and the other end of the transmission rod is connected to the toothbrush head by means of an eccentric structure; the output shaft of the motor drives the transmission rod to rotate, and the transmission rod drives, by means of the eccentric structure, the toothbrush head to reciprocate along the guide rod. By means of the solution, directional reciprocating movement of the toothbrush head can be implemented, and a better tooth cleaning effect is achieved.
