Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A carrier apparatus (1 ) supporting the fabric cylinder from bottom, which has been improved to prevent the damage of the fabric weaved in the embroidery machines during the fabric is wrapped onto the cylinder, characterized in that; it comprises,

- a body (2),

- a first rotary cylinder (5) supported to be rotatable in x1 axis by first bearing elements (4) which are mutually positioned on the body (2),

- a second rotary cylinder (7) supported to be rotatable in x2 axis by second bearing elements (6) which are mutually positioned on the body (2),

- a fixing part (3) providing the connection of the carrier apparatus (1 ) to the machine profile,

- a movable band (belt) (8) between the first rotary cylinder (5) and the second rotary cylinder (7).

2. A carrier apparatus according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, it comprises a body (2) consisting of the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) and the intermediate connection profile (2.2) providing the connection of the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) to each other.

3. A carrier apparatus according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, it comprises first bearing elements (4) and second bearing elements (6) which are mutually positioned into the extensions (2.1.1 ) formed on the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) of the body (2).

4. A carrier apparatus according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, it comprises a fixing gap (3.1 ) formed in the fixing part (3).

5. A carrier apparatus according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, said movable band (belt) (8) is made of flexible and soft material such as rubber.

Description:
MOVABLE FABRIC CARRIER APPARATUS FOR EMBROIDERY MACHINE

Technical Field

Invention relates to the fabric carrier apparatuses used in the embroidery machines.

Invention especially relates to a carrier apparatus comprising a movable flexible band, which has been improved to prevent the damage of the fabric weaved in the embroidery machines during the fabric is wrapped onto the cylinder.

Prior Art

Embossing processes made onto the paper, fabric or leather with hands or machines are called as brode. These processes have been firstly made with hands, in time these processes have been made with the weaving looms and the computer controlled modern machines having hundreds of needles working with high speeds. This process is generally applied to the curtain fabric to form figures on it.

Two different carrier apparatuses are used to carry the cylindrical fabrics in the current embroidery machines. One of them is made of plastic material. The other one is made of metal material. Both of the carrier apparatuses are mounted onto the carrier profile of the machine with certain intervals in a fixed manner that said carrier apparatuses support the fabric cylinder of the embroidery machine from bottom. However, the working needles of the machine, damage the fixed carrier apparatuses during the process. Plastic carrier apparatus is damaged (abraded) in time and after a certain time the surface of the carrier apparatus has been deformed and it becomes useless. The needle ends damage the plastic surface of the fixed carrier apparatus. After this, it has to be changed with new one. This case causes extra costs and production loss.

Further that, the needles damage and abrade the coatings on the fixed metal carrier apparatuses in time. After this case, the fabric is also damaged. Accordingly, the fabrics become useless and waste.

Because of the undesired cases such as the present carrier apparatuses have fixed structure and the surfaces of them are damaged and abraded by the needles in time, an improvement has to be made necessary in prior art.

Any similar patent application has not been found in patent search. Some patents related to the embroidery machines are given as follows.

The patent application numbered TR2016/01726 relates to a system realizing the selection of the needles and drillers of the planet shuttle embroidery machines before and during the embroidery process, further that it also relates to a driving system of the needle and driller according to this system.

The utility model application numbered TR2014/09399 relates to a fabric preparation machine for the embroidery machines which allows the fabrics to be given for processing of the embroidery machine to be cut at a certain size or to be stacked by being rolled into a certain size before the fabric is rolled when the fabric to be processed is in the form of a roll, thereby making it possible to move the fabric in a homogeneous width.

The utility model application numbered TR2010/04807 relates to an embroidery machine fabric stretch pin. The fabric stretch pin is used for stretching the fabrics for the processing of fabrics in the embroidery machines used in textile factories. The embroidery machine fabric stretch pin, which is made of plastic material, exhibits a light and flexible structure. It does not have the disadvantages of damaging the fabric by breaking it like metal fabric stretching grooves.

The Object Of the Invention

Main object of the invention is to develop a carrier apparatus comprising a movable flexible band (belt), which has been improved to prevent the damage of the fabric weaved in the embroidery machines during the fabric is wrapped onto the cylinder.

Another object of the invention is to minimize the deformation of the needles on the surfaces of the conveyor apparatuses due to the constant construction of the existing plastic and metal conveyor apparatuses.

Another object of the invention is to prevent damage to the fabric caused by surface abrasion of the surface of the metal carrier over time by the needles.

Another object of the invention is to minimize the damage to the surfaces of the needles by means of the conveying apparatus comprising a moving flexible belt, thereby preventing the production of additional costs and production losses.

In order to achieve abovesaid objectives, a carrier apparatus supporting the fabric cylinder from bottom, which has been improved to prevent the damage of the fabric weaved in the embroidery machines during the fabric is wrapped onto the cylinder, characterized in that; it comprises,

- a body,

- a first rotary cylinder supported to be rotatable in x1 axis by first bearing elements which are mutually positioned on the body,

- a second rotary cylinder supported to be rotatable in x2 axis by second bearing elements which are mutually positioned on the body,

- a fixing part providing the connection of the carrier apparatus to the machine profile, - a movable band (belt) between the first rotary cylinder and the second rotary cylinder.

Detailed Description of the Invention

Present invention relates to a carrier apparatus (1 ) comprising a movable flexible band (bent), which has been improved to prevent the damage of the fabric weaved in the embroidery machines during the fabric is wrapped onto the cylinder.

In Figure 1 and Figure 2, the perspective views of the carrier apparatus (1 ) from different angles are given. Carrier apparatus (1 ) comprises; a body (2) consisting of the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) and the intermediate connection profiles (2.2) used for the connection of the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) to each other, a first rotary cylinder (5) supported to be rotatable by first bearing elements (4) which are mutually positioned into the extensions (2.1.1 ) formed on the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) of the body (2), a second rotary cylinder (7) supported to be rotatable by second bearing elements (6), a fixing part (3) providing the connection of the carrier apparatus (1 ) to the machine profile and a fixing gap (3.1 ) formed in the fixing part (3). The first and second rotary cylinders (5, 7) can rotate freely in x1 and x2 axis by the first and second bearing elements (4, 6).

As it seen in Figure 1 and Figure 2, an intermediate connection profile (2.2) is used to connect the mutual horizontal profiles (2.1 ) of the body (2) to each other. Intermediate connection profile (2.2) provides the rigidity of the horizontal profiles (2.1 ) and increases their endurance against the forces.

As it seen in Figure 3, a movable band (belt) (8) is used between the first rotary cylinder (5) and the second rotary cylinder (7). Said movable band (belt) (8) is made of flexible and soft material such as rubber etc. Accordingly, even the needles of the embroidery machine contact with the movable band (belt) (8), it is not damaged and abraded in comparison with the prior apparatuses (plastic and metal material) because of its flexible and movable structure. Further that the abrasion of the contact surface is minimized, so that the damage of the fabric is prevented.

A large number of carrier apparatuses (1 ) of the present invention are placed with certain intervals onto the carrier profile of the machine in a manner that said carrier apparatuses support the fabric cylinder of the embroidery machine from bottom. At least two rotary cylinders can be used on the carrier apparatuses (1 ). The number of the rotary cylinder can be changed according to the user demand and necessity.
