Abstract:
Disclosed is a movable information collection device capable of grasping the current state on a timely basis. Also disclosed is a geographical monitoring system capable of utilizing the movable information collection device. Specifically disclosed is a movable information collection device which is configured by mounting on a movable rack (4) an antenna system (1) for collecting observation data that receives the observation data obtained by observing an area to be observed from the sky, a geographical information database (2) in which already-obtained geographical information within the area to be observed has been stored, and an evaluation calculation device (3) that calculates and outputs the difference between the observation data and the already-obtained geographical information.
