The present invention provides a movable inspection system which is adopted in an integrated plant for cleaning the bottom of a ship and inspects the exterior surface of the ship in a non-contact manner before or after the exterior surface of the ship is cleaned, and includes a floating structure which has a predetermined width and length and floats on the sea, and in which at least one of the front and rear in the longitudinal direction can be opened and closed so that the ship can enter therein and exit therefrom, and the bottom and both sides are connected watertightly so that a space can be formed inside, wherein the movable inspection system adopted in an integrated plant for cleaning the bottom of a ship comprises: a movable body unit which is located in the lower part of the ship in the floating structure and moves along the longitudinal direction of the floating structure; and an inspection unit that has one end connected to the movable body and the other end equipped with an inspection means so as to inspect the exterior surface of the ship in the space, and consists of a multi-joint robot arm so as to be provided in a plurality.
