Abstract:
A movable joint-based double plunger pump, comprising an upper plunger (4) and a lower plunger (9). The upper end of the lower plunger (9) is connected to a lower plunger upper end (12), and the upper plunger (4) is connected to the lower plunger upper end (12) by means of a movable joint (7). According to the movable joint-based double plunger pump, the two plungers are connected by means of the movable joint, thereby solving the problems that due to hard connection between two plungers, parts of existing double plunger pumps are overlong and difficult to machine and eccentric wear of the plungers is prone to occur, reducing the machining difficulty and costs, improving the assembly accuracy, and prolonging the service life of plunger pumps.
