Abstract:
This movable member is provided with: an elastic deformation part that is curved so as to protrude upward and includes a movable electrode; and a support part that has a leg part extending so as to approach the bottom side thereof from the peripheral edge of the elastic deformation part, an extension part extending from the leg part so as to approach the top side thereof, and a connection part that connects the leg part and the extension part. In the leg part, an intermediate section of the leg part positioned between the both end sections of the leg part protrudes in the width direction thereof, the boundary between the leg part and the extension part has an arc shape when viewed from above, and the bottom surface of the connection part is a convexly curved surface protruding downward.
