Abstract:
A movable multiple-step receiving device of the present invention comprises at least one of horizontal members (130) for receiving or holding the garment; a pair of vertical support members (170) for fastening the horizontal members, said vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means (100) and upper support means (150) secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support member to achieve the stability; and lower movable means (110) and upper movable means (160) secured to the lower support means the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device. Therefore, the receiving device has outstanding movability, safety and the receiving capacity.

Claims:
CLAIMS
1. A movable multiplestep receiving device, comprising at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening horizontal members, said vertical support members being secured to both the ends of horizontal members; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support member to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means to move the movable multiplestep receiving device, said lower movable means and said upper movable means being secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively and contacting with the floor and the ceiling.
2. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said upper support means and/or lower support means are the ones selected from the group consisting of rod type footframes and plates.
3. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said upper support means and/or lower support means are radial footframes having a plurality of the feet extending radially, and the movable means are mounted on the ends of each foot.
4. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said upper support means and/or lower support means are plate type footframes, and movable means are mounted on the plate type foot frame to keep said vertical support member to be balanced vertically by oneself.
5. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said horizontal members are the ones selected from the group consisting of the horizontal rod and the plate.
6. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said vertical support members are vertical support rods, said horizontal members are horizontal rods, said lower and upper support means are lower and upper rod type footframes, said lower and upper movable means are wheels, said horizontal rod has lower fastening horizontal rod, upper fastening horizontal rod, and at least one of the auxiliary horizontal rod, said lower fastening horizontal rods are secured to the lower rod type footframe at the lower portion of a pair of the vertical support rod, and said upper fastening horizontal rods are secured to the upper rod type footframe at the upper portion of a pair of the vertical support rod to maintain the stability.
7. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 6 further comprising a receiving case to be located on the lower fastening horizontal rod to improve the receiving capacity.
8. A movable multiplestep receiving device according to claim 1 wherein said horizontal member is a receiving case.
Description:
MOVABLE MULTIPLE-STEP RECEIVING DEVICE FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a receiving device adapted for hanging or receiving garments, particularly to a movable multiple-step receiving device which can be used as a hanger and/or a shelf having support members with movable means at lower portion and upper portion to improve the movability, the stability and the receiving capacity.

BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION Some prior hanger system for the clothes and towel, etc. can be classified into 2 type, such as a movable single step hanger and a stationary multiple-step hanger. The movable single step hanger is disclosed in Korean registered utility model Nos. 20-194716 (published on October 7,1998), 20-175287,20-143661 (September 6,1997), 98- 135458 (April 25, 1997), and are illustrated in Fig 1 of the present application. The movable single step hanger comprises a pair of vertical support rod 9 secured to a pair of foot-frame 3 with wheels by a connection 5, a hanger bar 13 and a horizontal support rod 8 displaced between vertical support rod, a height adjusting rod 11 inserted into the openings of the vertical support rod 9, and said height adjusting rods are fastened by the height adjusting bolt 15. The movable single step hanger has an advantage in that it is easy to move, whereas it has lower receiving capacity due to the fact that the hanger bar is single.

Some prior stationary multiple-step hangers are disclosed in Korean registered utility model Nos. 20-236611 (February 25,2000), 20-153550 (April 25,1997), and are illustrated in Fig 2 of the present application. According to the Fig 2 of the present application, the

stationary multiple-step hanger comprises a plurality of horizontal support rods 34 secured to each vertical support rod 22 by connections 24 and a pair of vertical support rods 22 with the height adjusting rod 29. One end of the height adjusting rod 29 is fastened to the ceiling by the elastic spring (not shown) in the vertical support rod and one end of the vertical support rod is fastened to the floor, thus the hanger is mounted between the ceiling and the floor. Since the height adjustment of the height adjusting rod 29 is disclosed in Korea registered utility <BR> <BR> model No 86-2988, "Height Adjusting Device for Hanger" (published on February 10,1986), and No 89-15918 (August 18,1989), further explanation will be omitted in the present application. The stationary multiple-step hanger has an advantage in that it has sufficient receiving capacity, whereas it has some problems that it is difficult to move for not having the wheels and it does not guarantee the safety since it is likely to be collapsed by the trivial extraneous force just for simply being assembled between the ceiling and the floor. For example, in case the children push the stationary multiple-step hanger, the hanger will easily fall down and hurt the children.

As previously mentioned, prior hanger has some problems that it does not guarantee sufficient receiving capacity, movability and safety. Thus there is a demand to provide the receiving device guaranteeing the receiving capacity, movability and safety.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to overcome the problems of the prior art, a purpose of the present invention is to provides a movable multiple-step receiving device comprising a upper support means to contact with the ceiling as well as a lower support means only to contact with the floor as a prior

art. Therefore, the receiving device of the present invention is safer than the prior art. Further, the receiving device of the invention maintains the movability and enough receiving capacity since the receiving device comprises the wheels and multi horizontal members and the receiving cases.

Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a movable multiple-step receiving device that can improve the receiving capacity by arranging the hanger parallel with the shelf together and can be applicable to the various usages.

In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention has features as follows.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple- step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability ; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support

members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability ; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, and said upper support means and/or lower support means are the ones selected from the group consisting of rod type foot-frames and plates.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, said upper support means and/or lower support means is radial foot-frame having a plurality of the feet extending radially, and the movable means are mounted on the ends of each foot.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and

the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, the upper support means and/or lower support means is plate type foot-frame, and movable means are mounted on the plate type foot-frame to keep the vertical support member to be balanced vertically by oneself.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, and the horizontal members are the ones selected from the group consisting of the horizontal rod and the plate.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to

the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, the vertical support members are vertical support rods, the horizontal members are horizontal rods, lower and upper support means are lower and upper rod type foot- frames, lower and upper movable means are wheels, the horizontal rod has lower fastening horizontal rod, upper fastening horizontal rod, and at least one of the extra horizontal rod, said lower fastening horizontal rods are secured to the lower rod type foot-frame at the lower portion of a pair of the vertical support rods, and upper fastening horizontal rods are secured to the upper rod type foot-frame at the upper portion of a pair of the vertical support rods to strengthen the stability.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garments ; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; the lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, the vertical support members are vertical support rods, the horizontal members are horizontal rods, the lower and upper support means are lower and upper rod type foot-frames, the lower and upper movable means are wheels, the horizontal rod has lower fastening horizontal rod, upper fastening horizontal rod, and at least one of the auxiliary horizontal rod, the lower fastening horizontal rods are secured to the lower rod type foot-frame at the lower portion of a pair of the vertical support rods, said

upper fastening horizontal rods are secured to the upper rod type foot- frame at the upper portion of a pair of the vertical support rods to maintain the stability, and the movable multiple-step receiving device further comprises a receiving case to be located on the lower fastening horizontal rod to improve the receiving capacity.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members for receiving or holding the garment; a pair of vertical support members for fastening the horizontal member, the vertical support members being secured to both the ends of the horizontal member; lower support means and upper support means secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support member to achieve the stability; and lower movable means and upper movable means secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device, and the horizontal member is receiving case.

From the foregoing features, the invention provides the following effectiveness.

The present invention comprising the support means not only on the lower portion but also on the upper portion to contact with the ceiling is safer than the prior art comprising only the lower support means to contact with only floor, and the present invention provides the receiving device that can always move since it has a wheels mounted on the upper support means and the lower support means, and that can hold a plurality of horizontal members and the receiving cases to improve the receiving capacity.

The receiving device of the present invention also improve the receiving capacity since the hanger and the shelf can be arranged in a row, and the device can be applicable to the various usages.

Further, the receiving device of the present invention can guarantee the stability since it comprises the plate type foot-frame or the radial foot-frame.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the prior movable single step hanger.

Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device used as a hanger in accordance with another

embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper support means and/or lower support means are radial foot-frame having a plurality of the foot extending radially, and the wheels are installed on the ends of each foot to keep the vertical support member to be balanced vertically by oneself.

Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper portion and the lower portion have the plates to be used as hangers or shelves.

Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper portion and the lower portion have the foot- frames, and the plates are displaced therebetween to be used as shelves.

Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper portion and the lower portion have the plates to be used as shelves.

Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the shelves have hangers, and the upper portion and the lower portion have the foot-frame to be used as hangers and shelves Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper portion and the lower portion have foot- frames, and the horizontal rod and the plate are arranged parallel with each other to be used as hangers and shelves.

Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical

support rod are linked and supported by the upper horizontal rod and the lower horizontal rod to guarantee the stability.

Fig. 14 is a drawing showing the movable multiple-step receiving device in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the receiving case is mounted on the lower portion of the receiving device of the Fig. 13 to improve the safety of the hanger and the receiving capacity.

Fig. 15 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of C and D of Figs, 13 and 14 showing the cross-section of the lower and upper connection.

EMBODIMENT Above mentioned embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

A movable multiple-step receiving device comprises at least one of horizontal members 130,130', 130", 230,330, 430,530, 630,635, 730, 740,745 for receiving or holding the. garments ; a pair of vertical support members 170,170', 170", 270,370, 470,570, 670,770 for fastening both the horizontal members, the vertical support members being secured to the ends of the horizontal member ; lower support means 100,100', 100", 200,300, 400,500, 600,700 and upper support means 150,150', 150", 250,350, 450,550, 650,750 secured to the lower portion and the upper portion of the pair of vertical support members to achieve the stability ; and lower movable means 110,110', 110", 210,310, 410,510, 610,710 and upper movable means 160,160', 160", 260,360, 460,560, 660,760 being secured to the lower support means and the upper support means respectively to move the movable multiple-step receiving device.

The horizontal members 130,130', 130", 230,330, 430,530, 630, 635,730, 740,745 can be any type of members to provide a receiving

space for the garments, such as, the rod type horizontal rod 130,130', 130", 230,630, 730,740, 745 (shown in Figs. 3,6-8 and 12) to hang the garments, the flat plates 330, 430, 530, 635 (shown in Figs. 9,10, 11 and 12) to place the garment thereon, or the receiving case to receive the garments.

The vertical support members 170,170', 170", 270,370, 470,570, 670,770 can be any type of members to fasten and support the horizontal members, preferably, rod type vertical support rod. The vertical support members 170,170', 170", 270,370, 470,570, 670,770 are secured to the lower support means 100,100', 100", 200,300, 400,500, 600,700 in the lower portion of the vertical support members by the lower connections 180,180', 180", 280,380, 480,580, 680,780, and secured to the upper support means 150,150', 150", 250,350, 450,650, 750 in the upper portion of the vertical support members by the upper connections 190, 190', 190", 290,390, 490,590, 690,790.

Preferably, the lower support means 100,100', 100", 200,300, 400, 500,600, 700 and the upper support means 150,250, 350,450, 650,750 can be of any type of frames, such as, rod type foot-frames 100,150, 300, 350,500, 550,700, 750, flat plates 200,250, 400,450, plate type foot- frames 100', radial foot-frames 100"or the receiving case (not shown) to maintain the stability of the receiving device.

Preferably, the lower movable means 110, 110', 110", 210,310, 410, 510,610, 710 and the upper movable means 160,160', 160", 260,360, 460,560, 660,760 can be of the wheels. The lower movable means can be of any type of elements to guarantee the movability of the receiving device.

An embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3.

An embodiment illustrated in Fig. 3 is a movable multiple-step receiving device in which the lower support means and the upper support means are the rod type foot-frame 100, the horizontal members are horizontal rods 150, and. the vertical support members are vertical support rods 170. The lower rod type foot-frames 100 are long enough not to fall down and to maintain stability, and the front end 115 and the rear end 116 of the foot-frame have wheels 100 contacting with the floor 120. Although the wheels 100 are mounted on the front end 115 and the rear end 116 in this embodiment, the scope of the invention is not limited within this embodiment. Further it covers any types of features to guarantee the stability of the receiving device. A pair of lower rod type foot-frames 100 is spaced each other at a distance. A pair of lower rod type foot-frames 100 is joined with the vertical support rod 170 at the lower connection 180.

Although the constitution of the upper rod type foot-frames 150 are the same as that of the lower rod type foot-frames 100, the upper rod type foot-frames may be longer or shorter than the lower rod type foot-frame, that is, it is not necessary for the length of the upper rod type foot-frames to be the same as that of the lower rod type foot-frames. The upper rod type foot-frames require length only to main the stability to contact with the ceiling.

The vertical support rod 170 may be of one piece element, or may be of the fixed rod 171 and the height adjusting rod 173. The height adjusting rod 173 makes the receiving device be assembled easily between the ceiling and the floor in accordance with the height of the

ceiling. The height adjusting rod 170 can be adjusted by the constitution comprising an elastic element, such as, spring. Further constitutions regarding the height adjusting device are omitted in the present application, since further constitutions are disclosed in above mentioned Korean registered utility model Nos. 86-2988"Height adjusting device of the hanger for garment" (published on February 10,1986) and 89-15918 "Height adjusting device of the hanger for garment" (August 18,1989).

As illustrated in Fig. 4a, the vertical support rod 170 is connected with the horizontal rod 130 by the auxiliary connection 185. The auxiliary connection 185 comprises a horizontal connection 185a and a vertical connection 185b. The horizontal rod 130 is inserted into the horizontal connection 185a, and the vertical support rod 170 is inserted into the vertical connection 185b.

The lower connection 180 can be of the connection disclosed in Korean registered utility model No. 20-197416. The lower connection comprises a head 180a which the vertical support rod 170 are inserted into and leg 180b inserted into the middle of the lower rod type foot- frame 100. As illustrated in Fig. 4b, the lower rod type foot-frame 100 is secured to the vertical support rod 170 by inserting the bolt 180c into the threaded hole arranged in a row in the middle of the lower rod type foot-frame 100 and the lower portion of the vertical support rod 170. Another constitution disclosed in the above publication and the constitutions disclosed in Korean registered utility model No. 20-175287 are also available. Any constitution that connects the lower rod type foot-frame 100 with the vertical support rod 170 is available without departing the scope of the present invention.

The constitution that the upper rod type foot-frame 150 is connected with the vertical support rod 170 by the upper connection 190 is the same as the constitution that the lower rod type foot-frame 100 is connected with the vertical support rod 170 by the lower connection 180.

Fig. 5 illustrates the procedure of installing the movable multiple- step receiving device of Fig. 3 in the room, and shows the movability and the safety of the present invention. As illustrated in Fig. 5, the movable multiple-step receiving device may be installed safely between the ceiling and the floor, and be moved easily by pushing toward the wall and pulling in opposite direction. The movable multiple-step receiving device of the present invention as assembled like this has good movability since the wheel 160 mounted at the upper rod type foot-frame 150 contacts with the ceiling 125 and the wheel 110 mounted at the lower rod type foot-frame 100 also contacts with the floor. The receiving device has good safety since the upper rod type foot-frame and the lower rod type foot-frame are long along the ceiling and the floor.

Another embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 6 and 7.

Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device used as a hanger in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper and lower support means are rounded plate type foot-frame 100', 150', the horizontal member is a horizontal rod 130', and the vertical support member is a vertical support rod 170'. This embodiment is characterized that the upper or lower support means are rounded plate type foot-frames 100', 150', and three wheels are radially spaced and mounted at the same

angle on the bottom side of the rounded plate type foot-frame. This characteristics make the vertical support rod 170'be balanced vertically by itself, and make the receiving device stand safely to show the good safety. Although Fig. 6 illustrates three wheels and rounded plate type foot-frame, the present invention may not influenced by the number of the wheel and the shape of the plate foot-frame, so any amendments or modifications, such as single wheel or another type of foot-frame with the same effectiveness will be in the scope of the present invention.

Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the movable multiple-step receiving device used as a hanger in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, in which the upper and lower support means are radial foot-frames having a plurality of the feet extending radially, and the horizontal member is a horizontal rod 130", and the vertical support member is a vertical support rod 170'. This embodiment is characterized that the upper and/or lower support means are radial foot-frames 100", 150"having a plurality of feet 115', 155' extending radially, and the wheels are mounted at the ends of the each foot 115', 155'. This characteristics make the vertical support rod 170" be balanced vertically by itself, and make the receiving device stand safely to show the good safety. Although Fig. 7 illustrates three wheels, the present invention may not influenced by the number of the wheel and the foot, so any amendments or modifications with the same effectiveness will be in the scope of the present invention.

Another embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 8.

Fig. 8 illustrates the another embodiment, which is different from the former embodiment, showing the receiving device in which the lower

support means and the upper support means are plates 200,250, and the horizontal member is a horizontal rod 230, and the vertical support member is a vertical support rod 270.

The lower plate 200 and the upper plate 250 are flat, and they support the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical support rod 270, and the wheels 210,260 are mounted at the lower and upper plates. The lower plate 200 and the upper plate 250 are connected with the vertical support rod 270 by the lower and upper connections 280,290.

The lower and upper connections 280,290 comprise the vertical connections 280a, 290a which the vertical support rod is inserted into, and the horizontal connections 280b, 290b which the plates 200,250 are inserted into. The vertical support rods are connected with the vertical connections and the plates are connected with the horizontal connections by the bolts 280c, 290c. The present invention may not be influenced by the lower and upper connections, so any amendments or modifications will be in the scope of the present invention.

Since the constitution which connects the horizontal rod 230 with the vertical support rod 270 is previously mentioned, the descriptions regarding the constitution are omitted.

In this embodiment, the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical support rod 270 are fastened by the upper plate 250 and the lower plate 200 to maintain the good safety.

Another embodiment will be described with reference to Figs 9-12.

Another embodiment illustrated in Fig. 9 is the movable multiple- step receiving device, in which the horizontal member is not horizontal rod but plate 330, and the lower support means and the upper support means are rod type foot-frames 300,350, and the vertical support member is vertical support rod 370.

As different from the former embodiment, the plate 330 can receive the garments and the goods, and one or more plates can be installed along the vertical support rod 370. The plate 330 is connected with the vertical support rod 370 by the auxiliary connection 385. The descriptions regarding the connection 385 may be replaced with the descriptions regarding the connections 280,290.

Another embodiment illustrated in Fig. 10 is the same as the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 9 with the exception that the lower support means and the upper support means are plates 400,450. According to this embodiment, the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical support rod 470 are secured to the upper plate 450 and the lower plate 400 respectively. Therefore, the receiving device of Fig. 10 is safer than that of Fig. 9.

The embodiment of Fig. 11 is characterized that the horizontal rod 540 is mounted on the plate 530 illustrated in Fig. 9. The horizontal rod 540 makes the receiving space be enlarged Fig. 12 illustrates a composite receiving device comprising the hangers and the shelves together. Although the lower support means and the upper support means are rod type foot-frames 600,650 in this embodiment, they can be replaced with the plate or the receiving case,

and do not limited within the plate or the receiving case. The composite receiving device comprising the hangers and the shelves together are more applicable and efficient than the former embodiments.

Fig. 13 illustrates another embodiment, which is different from the former embodiments, showing the receiving device in which the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical support rod are supported by the upper horizontal rod and the lower horizontal rod to maintain the safety. According to the embodiment of Fig. 13, the lower and upper support means are rod type foot-frames 700,750, the horizontal members are horizontal rods 730,740, 745, and the vertical support member are vertical support rods 770. The horizontal rods 730,740, 745 include the lower fastening horizontal rod 740, the upper fastening horizontal rod 745 and the auxiliary horizontal rod 730.

Since the lower fastening horizontal rod 740 and the upper fastening horizontal rod 745 are secured to the lower portion and the upper portion by the lower connection 780 and the upper connection 790, the vertical support rod 770 is prevented from moving to maintain the safety. The auxiliary horizontal rod 730 can be mounted on the vertical support rod 770 between the upper fastening horizontal rod 745 and the lower fastening horizontal rod 740, and the number of the auxiliary horizontal rod is one or more.

According to the Fig. 15, the lower and upper connections 780,790 can be adopted from the Korean registered utility model No. 20- 197416. The lower and upper connections 780,790 comprise a head 780a, 790a, a body 780b, 790b, and a leg 780c, 790c. The ends of the vertical support rod 770 are inserted into the head 780a, 790a of the

connections, and the ends of the lower fastening horizontal rod 740 and the upper fastening horizontal rod 745 are inserted into the body 780b, 790b, and the ends of the lower rod type foot-frame 700 and the upper rod type foot-frame 750 are inserted into the leg 780c, 790c. Then, the threaded hole of the lower portion and the upper portion of the vertical support rod 770, the threaded hole of the ends of the lower fastening horizontal rod 740 and the upper fastening horizontal rod 745, and the threaded hole of the middle portion of the lower and upper rod type foot- frame 700,750 are aligned in a row, and the bolts 780d, 790d are inserted into the threaded holes to link. Another constitution disclosed in the utility model publication is available, and the constitution disclosed in the Korean registered utility model No. 20-175287 is also available. Any constitution, in which the lower fastening and upper fastening horizontal rod 740,745, the vertical support rod, and the lower and upper rod type foot-frames 700,750 are connected with each other, can be adopted, and this constitution of the connection will not depart from the scope of the present of the invention.

The vertical support rod 770 can be adjusted by the above mentioned method. The auxiliary horizontal rod 730 is secured to the vertical support rod 770 by the connection 785 which is same as the auxiliary connection 185.

Fig. 14 illustrates the receiving device, in which the receiving device comprises the receiving case at the lower portion of the receiving device of the Fig. 13, in accordance with another embodiment of the movable multiple-step receiving device of the present invention.

Although the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention has shown, described and pointed out the fundamental novel features of the invention, the scope of the invention should not be limited to the foregoing description. For example, if the lower support means are plates and the upper support means are various foot-frames, or if the lower support means or the upper support means are the receiving cases to support, they will also be included in the scope of the invention.
