Abstract:
Disclosed are a movable scroll device (1) for a scroll compressor and a method for manufacturing same. The method comprises: manufacturing the movable scroll device (1) by means of casting steps, so that the movable scroll device (1) comprises a movable scroll end plate (11), with a movable scroll blade (111) being provided on a first side face of the movable scroll end plate (11); and a hub (12), the hub (12) vertically extending outwards from the middle of a second side face, opposite to the first side face, of the movable scroll end plate (11), the hub (12) having a cylindrical opening (120) for engagement with a drive bearing of the scroll compressor; and fabricating at least one centroid adjustment recess (121) on the hub (12) by means of a mechanical processing step. By using the method, the centroid of the movable scroll device can be adjusted in a more flexible, precise, active and targeted manner. The movable scroll device and the scroll compressor are low in costs, simple in mechanical processing, can be easily realized and are widely applicable.
