A movable thermal-insulating fireproof shield device, comprising a plurality of frame body units which are connected in series and in communication with each other. Each frame body unit comprises a main shaft pipe (1), a concatenation hose (2), support mechanisms (3) which can be adjusted and unfolded, vertical jetting pipes (4) and rollers; the concatenation hose (2) comprises a switch-over end and a concatenation end, and the switch-over end is coaxially in communication with a first end of the main shaft pipe (1); the support mechanisms (3) are movably hinged to a second end of the main shaft pipe (1) to support the frame body unit horizontally; two adjacent frame body units are connected in series in such a way that the concatenation end is in communication with the second end of the main shaft pipe (1); the vertical jetting pipes (4) are detachably provided on the main shaft pipe (1) in an inserted manner; and the rollers are provided under the main shaft pipe (1) and the support mechanisms (3) respectively. Said device solves the problem of how to carry out fire-fighting fire prevention measures efficiently in various environments where fire fighting is difficult to be carried out, and further improves the efficiency of thermal insulation, smoke insulation, fire spreading prevention and the like in the fire-fighting fire preventing process.
