Abstract:
The present invention discloses a movable type grill roaster, which comprises a bucket groove and a rod rolling unit on a chain. Accordingly, roasting rods forming a grill roasting plate are sequentially transported by the chain while rotating, thereby preventing meat from sticking to the roasting rods, and the sequentially transported roasting rods are aligned in a stable position so as to improve the problem of the meat falling between the roasting rods forming the grill roasting plate. In addition, when the roasting rods are dropped into a collecting case through a drop guiding piece, the dropped roasting rods are uniformly distributed inside the collecting case instead of concentrating at one point, and the ease of use in the process of supplying the roasting rods, the process of roasting meat, and the process of collecting the roasting rods is improved.
