Abstract:
Provided is a movable vacuum welding device (1) equipped with: a vacuum chamber (7), which has an edge part (12) facing the surface of a welding target (T), and which defines a vacuum space between the surface of the welding target (T) and the chamber; a seal part (8) interposed between the edge part (12) and the welding target (T) along the entire perimeter of the edge part (12); a welding head (9) that welds the surface of the welding target (T) within the vacuum space; and a pre-loading part (10) that applies a load to the seal part (8) in advance. The seal part (8) has: a first seal member (27) comprising an elastic material and extending along the edge part (12); and a second seal member (28), which is arranged to the rear in the direction of the relative movement of the welding bead (W) and has higher flexibility than the first seal member (27).
