Abstract:
A movable utility receptacle system for providing multiple utilities within various convenient locations of a room. The movable utility receptacle system includes an elongate housing structure (20), a plurality of buses (30, 32, 34) within the elongate housing structure (20), a cover member (50) positionable over the housing structure, and a plurality of receptacles. The receptacles are comprised of a receptacle housing (60a-e), at least one receptacle member (62a-d) and a plurality of receptacle prongs (64a-d) electrically connected to the receptacle member (62a-d) for electrically connecting to one of the buses upon a desired location of the housing structure.
