Abstract:
A movement body operation device which, in the process in which a movement body moves relative to a stationary body, provides the movement body with resistance to the movement thereof.
A drawer device (10) is configured in such a manner that a drawer member (16) is pulled out of the opening (12) of a case (14). A rack (30) having a wave-shaped uneven surface (32) formed thereon is provided to a side wall of the case. A pivotable, movement resistance member (44) is provided to the rear plate of the drawer member. A contact section (44D) which slides on the uneven surface (32) is formed on the movement resistance member (44). Pushing the drawer member (16) in the closing direction thereof through an end plate (18), which is in a tilted position, causes the contact section (44D) to be inverted at the beginning of the closure of the drawer member. At this time, the frictional resistance between the contact section (44D) and the uneven surface (32) is increased to apply resistance to the movement of the drawer member (16). As a result, the end plate (18) closes first and then the drawer member (16) moves in the closing direction.
