Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a movement teaching device that enables example movements to be effectively taught to users. This movement evaluation device comprises: a body-part-coordinate calculation unit that calculates the body part coordinates for the body of a user on the basis of image data for the user; a user model generation unit that generates a shape model of the user on the basis of the body part coordinates, and generates video data of teacher movements according to the shape model of the user on the basis of teacher movement parameters; a movement evaluation unit that evaluates movements of the user on the basis of the body part coordinates; and an output control unit that displays, in a superimposed manner, the movements of the user and the teacher movements according to the shape model of the user, and outputs evaluation results.
