Abstract:
[Problem] The mechanisms of conventional vehicle traffic blockers and the like that are installed at exits of one-way street roads and exits of highways employ computers using images, sensors, etc., and require electricity for indicators and acoustic warnings and for the operation of crossing gates, etc. Meanwhile, wrong-way travel preventing roller type mechanisms which do not use electricity are unsafe since being unable to put a brake on a vehicle moving forward can be hazardous. Furthermore, warnings may be ignored and mechanical-type wrong-way travel preventing mechanisms etc., may be forcefully defeated. [Solution] As shown as 3A in figure 3, D-shaped-roller rows 102R which are laid parallel to each other at intervals are arranged sequentially so as to intersect with the approach direction of a wheel 01 of a wrong-way travelling moving body in such a manner as to form an upward slope for the wheel 01. When the wheel 01 moves in the wrong way in direction 003 and reaches the upward slope of the roller rows 102R, the roller rows 102R start spinning, thereby making it impossible for the wrong-way travelling moving body to go forward any further. At that moment, vibration is generated so as to notify the driver of an anomaly, making it is possible to safely back up the moving body. On the other hand, the moving body has no problem moving forward or applying a brake, and generates less noise during transition on the flat portion of the roller rows 102R.
