Abstract:
This moving body detection system that detects a moving body within a monitor region has a monitor camera and an image analyzing unit. The monitor camera is capable of controlling an image pickup view field by means of external signals. In the cases where the image pickup view field of the monitor camera is a predetermined image pickup view field including the monitor region, the image analyzing unit analyzes an image picked up by means of the monitor camera, and detects a moving body appeared in the image.
