Abstract:
A moving-body-information-acquiring device (100) acquires the state of a moving body. A current-information-acquiring unit (101) acquires an energy amount (real energy amount) consumed with travel by the moving body. A setting unit (102) sets information related to the moving body for each of a plurality of factors which increase or reduce the energy amount of the moving body and which are causes of these factors. An estimating unit (103) estimates an energy amount (reference energy amount) consumed by moving body travel on the basis of information related to the moving body at a reference point in time. A calculator (104) calculates the amount of change in the real energy amount with respect to the reference energy amount for each factor.
