Abstract:
An image data generation section (405) estimates posture data by correlating road shape data with a road shape model and generates video (image) data by synthesizing a navigate image at an appropriate position in the picked up video of the road in front of a moving body or the actual landscape seen through a windshield, so as to be displayed. A video display section (5) performs display based on the video data. It is possible to display navigate information accurately projected into an appropriate position of the picked up image of the road in front of the moving body or the actual landscape, so that a driver can correctly recognize the relationship between the navigate information and the picked up image or the actual landscape by intuition.
