Abstract:
A moving carriage capable of being pulled over, namely, moved laterally on a traveling surface easily in a direction crossing a moving direction by providing thereon a plurality of moving means such as drive wheels or endless crawlers, wherein each moving means is formed as drivingly moving means connected to a drive source for driving, and also formed swingable about a set of contact portions selected arbitrarily from among a plurality of contact portions between the drivingly moving means and the traveling surface.
