Abstract:
The present invention relates to a moving cycle machine, in which a saddle is configured to move elliptically or along an interpolation curve, mechanically independent of the rotation of pedals. Thus, the present invention can overcome the problem that existing cycling exercises have of boredom and a difficult exercise process, and increase a sense of immersion and provide enjoyment and motivation so that intense lower body exercise and aerobic exercise can be persistently performed every day for long periods of time.
