A moving device of a baby cradle, and a baby cradle. The moving device comprises a base (1) and a cradle body (9). A fixed plate (2) is vertically provided on the base (1). Two groups of drive mechanisms used for driving the cradle body (9) to move are arranged between the base (1) and the cradle body (9). The drive mechanism comprises a driving arm (5) and a driven arm (6). The bottom of the driving arm (5) is connected to a power mechanism, and the top thereof is hingedly connected to the bottom of the driven arm (6) by means of a polish rod. The top of the driven arm (6) is connected to the cradle body (9). A bearing plate (13) is provided at the top of the fixed plate (2), and weight reducing mechanisms are installed at two ends of the bearing plate (13). The weight reducing mechanism comprises two weight reducing arms (11) arranged in a V shape. A bottom intersection of the two weight reducing arms (11) is fixed at the end portion of the bearing plate (13), and the tops of the two weight reducing arms (11) abut against the cradle body (9). A weight reducing spring (12) is provided in the middle of the two weight reducing arms (11).
