The present invention provides a new system which makes simpler operation of a moving object possible. The moving object operation system according to the present invention includes a moving object and an operation signal transmitter for the moving object. The moving object comprises a signal reception means for receiving an operation signal from the operation signal transmitter. The operation signal transmitter includes: an auxiliary tool; a storage means including conversion information; an action information acquisition means for acquiring movement information of the auxiliary tool accompanying an action of an operator, the action setting the auxiliary tool at a predetermined location as a reference point; a conversion means for converting, on the basis of the conversion information, the acquired action information into an operation signal for the moving object; and a signal transmission means for transmitting the operation signal to the moving object. The conversion information is characterized by: including movement information of the auxiliary tool accompanying an action of a person and operation signal information indicating, to the moving object, the movement of the moving object; the movement information and the operation signal information being associated with each other; and the movement information of the auxiliary tool accompanying the action of the person being movement information of the auxiliary tool accompanying an action of the person showing the movement of the moving object, the movement setting the auxiliary tool at the predetermined position as the reference point.
