A moxibustion instrument, moxibustion instrument control method and system, the moxibustion instrument comprising: a case (11), provided with at least one through hole (111); a cover (12) detachably connected to the case (11), the case (11) and the cover (12) cooperating to form a combustion chamber (13) for burning a moxibustion, the cover (12) being provided with at least one opening (121), and the through hole (111) on the case (11) and the opening (121) on the cover (12) cooperating to from a vent (131) of the combustion chamber (13); an acquisition module (14) disposed within the combustion chamber (13), the acquisition module (14) being used for collecting real-time status parameters of the moxibustion in the combustion chamber (13); a control module (15) electrically connected to the acquisition module (14), the control module (15) being used for outputting a control command according to the real-time status parameters acquired by the acquisition module (14) and preset control parameters; and a drive module (16) electrically connected to the control module (15), the drive module (16) being used for adjusting the size of the vent (131) according to the control command.
