Abstract:
The present application discloses an MPM list construction method, and a chroma block intra prediction mode acquisition method, and apparatuses. In a specific implementation, the current block uses an MIP mode. The MPM list construction method comprises: acquiring intra prediction mode information about a neighboring block; determining, according to the intra prediction mode information about the neighboring block, whether an intra prediction mode of the neighboring block belongs to the MIP mode; if the intra prediction mode of the neighboring block does not belong to the MIP mode, not using the intra prediction mode of the neighboring block for the MPM list construction of the current block; if the intra prediction mode of the neighboring block belongs to the MIP mode, using the intra prediction mode of the neighboring block for the MPM list construction of the current block. Implementing the present application reduces the complexity of MPM list construction.
