Abstract:
Novel MS-444 derivatives having excellent immunosuppressive and anti-itching effects and represented by general formula (I) wherein R?1� and R?2� are the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; V?1� represents hydroxy, lower alkoxy, etc.; V?2� represents oxygen together with V?1� or a bond together with W?1�; W?1� represents hydrogen or a bond together with V?2� or X?2�, etc.; X?1� represents lower alkyl or oxygen together with X?2�; X?2� represents hydrogen or oxygen together with X?1�, etc.; Y represents hydrogen or a bond together with W?2�; W?2� represents hydrogen or a bond together with Y, etc.; and Z represents hydrogen or a bond together with W?2�, provided that the case where R?1� and R?2� are each hydrogen, X?1� is methyl, V?1� and V?2� together form oxygen, a pair of W?1� and X?2� and a pair of Y and W?2� represent each a bond, and Z is hydrogen is excluded.
