Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an MTPA curve search method for a vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor performed on the basis of direct current power. The method comprises a current closed-loop adjustment module, a current command generation module, a current command angle generation module, an active power calculation module, an active power storage and comparison module, and a current given vector correction module. By means of the present invention, the tedious manual calibration is eliminated, and the optimal angle is automatically found, thereby improving the production efficiency; and by means of the present invention, a step length can be arbitrarily set according to calibration requirements, thereby achieving a higher calibration precision.
