Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a mucoadhesive oral preparation which shows a high drug absorption rate and a high drug release speed. As a means for solving this problem, provided is a mucoadhesive oral preparation comprising: (a) a basal layer which is substantially formed of a water-insoluble material; (b) a drug layer which is disposed on the basal layer, contains a drug and is free from a mucoadhesive substance; and (c) an adhesive part which is disposed on a part of the surface of the drug layer side of the oral preparation and contains a mucoadhesive substance.
