Abstract:
The manufacturing method of mulching sheets of the present invention comprises: introducing a 1st mixture into a 1st extruder, the 1st mixture prepared by mixing a raw material composed of polyethylene or polypropylene materials in powder or pellet form, a foaming agent and calcium carbonate; introducing a 2nd mixture into a 2nd extruder, the 2nd mixture prepared by mixing a raw material composed of polyethylene or polypropylene materials in powder or pellet form with calcium carbonate; introducing a 2nd mixture into a 3rd extruder, the 2nd mixture prepared by mixing a raw material composed of polyethylene or polypropylene materials in powder or pellet form with calcium carbonate; performing a simultaneous blow molding of the 1st mixture discharged from the 1st extruder, the 2nd mixture discharged from the 2nd extruder and the 2nd mixture discharged from the 3rd extruder via a single outlet such that the 1st mixture components are disposed on the outer surface of a mold, and the 2nd mixtures discharged, respectively, from the 2nd and 3rd third extruders are disposed on the middle and inner surfaces in that order; and cutting the blow mold into vertical sections to put the cut blow molds around a tube, making each mold spread out in a sheet form.
